It’s time to submit your paintings for our summer show!

Show Dates: August 1 – September 30, 2025
Title Blocks Due:
Wednesday, July 23rd by midnight

A few details about submissions:
- Each member may submit 2 paintings.
- Due to space constraints, large paintings (larger than 16″x20″, up to 30″x40″) must be pre-approved. Please email Lolly Brown at chestnuts.marketing@gmail.com for approval.
- Please read the FACT SHEET for all the details!
Volunteers Needed:
- Friday, August 1st: help needed to help hang the show and place title block cards. More info coming soon.
Painting Drop-off:
Sat, July 26th, 9:30 – 11:00am
Tue, July 29, 9:30 – 11:00am
Wed, July 30, 9:30 – 11:00am
Pick-up unsold paintings:
Wed, Oct 1st, ALL DAY, 10 – 6pm
