Needed: Warner Title Block Submission, General info, and Images for Marketing
The Warner Parks show “Honor the Earth” will be here in 2 weeks! We need your help now! Please read this email in full.
Title Blocks
Deadline for title block submissions is no later than midnight, Friday, April 13, 2018. BUT!! We need for you to submit your title blocks now into the “Title Block” database. Please sign into your Chestnut account and then click here “Title Block“ for entering data. This link also resides under the “Other Resources” tab near the bottom of the page. We need an idea of the number of paintings we will have so PLEASE enter this info as soon as possible. Also, remember to check if the work is a donation – which is a great contribution to Warner and helps us in future shows. Other information about the show is available on the Fact Sheet for the Warner Parks Show. Remember, late title block submissions will not be accepted.
Drop Off /Pick Up:
Painting drop off will be Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 12pm-5pm at the Nature Center.
If you are a newer member, these framing tips may be helpful. They are located under member resources or you can click HERE.
Pickup of artwork after the show will be on Monday, April 23, 2018 from 12pm-4pm. If you cannot pick up your artwork, please arrange for another artist to pick your work up for you.

Marketing the Show
The success of a show is helped by the involvement of folks involved. Here are some easy ways to help!
-Please download the Warner Parks show postcard and email it to your patrons. You can find the postcard here. You can save it by ‘right clicking’ with your mouse on the image after you have opened it. Additional postcards can be found at the Nature Center if you would like to take a few and give out to pedestrians as you paint or patrons.
-Please post your work on social media! If you do, please “tag” us @thechestnutgroup and use hashtags so we can be alerted of it. #thechestnutgroup #honortheearth #warnerparkartshow #friendsofwarnerparks #warnerparknaturecenter We will also share from your pages if you do.
-Please email images of Warner paintings that you plan to exhibit as well as photos of painters painting to Tiffany Foss or Chris Tatrn. Patrons love to see the diversity of our shows and we love to share them as ‘teasers’ before the show. This promotion happens through the Warner Parks Friends group, The Nature Center, and The Chestnut Group. Time is of the essence! Their followers do look at the sites. If you submit your painting image for use, please understand and agree that the painting will be saved and submitted for the show.
