Volunteers Needed to Assist at Payment Table
Treesa Hundley, our generous volunteer treasurer, has written guidelines for those who will volunteer to help us with this critical task. Please consider signing up! Here’s an overview –
Event – Sales Table : Warner Park will be accepting Cash, Check and Charge Cards, which the Patron will be asked to enter their credit card information onto the Sales Receipts (no electronic swiping). Warner will have staff to help with this too.
Sales Table Assistant will collect the Sales Receipts and Payments, and place in the designated boxes. At the end of day, the Treasurer will tally and hand over to the Warner Park Representative.
