PLEASE NOTE:
- Title Block Entry is open NOW through Friday 10/27 for submitting your paintings to the show. This is also the information used for printing the title block tag that will accompany your painting. https://chestnutgroup.org/title-block-submission/
- We still need painting images for promotional efforts.
- Please email epbibb@me.com and include your name and painting title in the file name EX: john_smith_PaintingTitle.jpeg
- Please use our show promo template to promote your participation in the show and your own paintings on social media. Spreading the word in this way is a fun and effective communication tool.
- Please email epbibb@me.com and include the image you want to promote, include your name and painting title in the file name EX: john_smith_PaintingTitle.jpeg. Ellen will insert the image you choose into the template and email you back a jpeg you can use on Facebook and Instagram — or in any way you choose to promote the show.
- See what the template looks like in the image below (this one uses Bitsy’s artwork, but Ellen can replace that with yours! – then you use the image to promote the show)

- Paint! – Fall color is taking its good old time this year but we might see change coming over the next few days. Check the Facebook Group Page for up-to-date paintout notices.

- Tuesday 10/31 12:00pm-5pm – Painting Drop Off
- Friday 11/3 9am-11am – Chestnut Viewing Opportunity for members and their families
- Friday-Sunday 11/3-11/5 9:30am-5:30pm – Open to the Public
- Monday 11/6 12:00pm-4pm – Painting Pick Up Unsold Work
- You will be notified if your painting sells during the show.
We are excited and thrilled that this year aligned with celebrating Radnor Lake’s 50th golden anniversary. Your participation and involvement mean so much in showing our support for this wonderful jewel of a park, as only we can. Thank you in advance to every event volunteer and to every member who has taken the time to create, frame, and deliver a painting we can proudly display in a beautiful show. We see and appreciate all of you!
