Shirley Fachilla Juried Into Butler and Salmagundi

Shirley Fachilla’s painting, A Stroll Beside the Louvre, has been selected for the Salmagundi Club’s 38th Annual Juried Painting and Sculpture Exhibition for Non-Members. This national exhibit will be on display from July 16 to the 26th with the reception taking place on the final exhibit day. Located in New York’s Greenwich Village, the fabled Salmagundi Club has counted many of America’s greatest artists in its membership.

In addition, Shirley’s painting Coffee Bean Alchemy will be among the works in the 80th National Midyear Exhibition at the Butler Institute of American Art in Youngstown, Ohio. Founded in 1919, the Butler was the first museum to be dedicated exclusively to American art. The annual juried midyear show will run from June 26th to August 28th.
