This is a great opportunity to catch up with fellow members and make sure you’re up to date with all the happenings. We will kick off the meeting promptly at 9:30 with Friends of Shelby Park and Bottoms, Executive Director, Rebecca Ratz. Rebecca will share her knowledge and answer questions along with Shelby Park Naturalist John Michael Cassidy. Our 2024 President, Ellen Bibb and other Board members, will follow with updates and news of all the exciting things to come!
Come ready to paint the tickseeds at the Observation Deck after the meeting!
Pack equipment in a rolling suitcase easily make your way from the parking lot at the Shelby Bottoms Nature Center to the elevated Observation meadow deck that is surrounded by sunflowers. It’s a bit of a walk, but asphalt path all the way!
