What: Paint the Radnor Lake Barn
When: Saturday July 22 8am sharp
Where: Meet at the Barbara J Mapp Aviary
Best parking is East Lot.
- Join me for a rare opportunity to paint in one of the Radnor Lake restricted areas near the Aviary. We will travel with a ranger outside of the public portion of the park to the site of an old barn among fields of blooming wildflowers.
- We will meet with a ranger no later than 8am at the gate by the Aviary who will transport us to the area for painting. Anyone arriving after we leave at 8am will not be able to join! There will be no access to restrooms so plan ahead carefully. We will have roughly 2 or so hours to paint before our pickup and return to the gate.
- Please let me know asap if you plan to attend. We need an accurate count in order to ensure enough space for transportation. You will need to arrive at the Aviary before 8 am on Saturday, no exceptions, and I recommend using the east lot for parking as it is a shorter walk. (TEXT OR EMAIL) By tomorrow (Thursday 7/20) by 10 p.m.
- It looks like it will be and great day for weather.
