Opportunity to Sell HRWA Paintings!
Dear Chestnut Artists,
The Chestnuts have been invited to sell their unsold Harpeth River Watershed paintings at the HRWA “River Swing” fundraiser on October 22, 2016. This is a wonderful opportunity for artists whose paintings did not sell at The Factory on August 18 – 20. The “River Swing” event is the annual fundraiser for the HRWA. Over 350 patrons have been invited to attend this “invitation only” dinner, dance and painting sale.
ELIGIBILITY: Only those paintings that were registered for the HRWA event at The Factory on August 18 – 20, 2016 may be submitted. Titles and prices must remain the same as previously. The same commission will apply as previously. No additional paintings may be submitted.
HOW TO SUBMIT: Send an email to Tiffany Foss at fosshouse@comcast.net. Include a digital image of each painting along with title, artist’s name, medium, price and size. HRWA staff will select paintings to be displayed. There is space for up to 100 paintings.
DEADLINE: Deadline for submitting is midnight, October 1, 2016. You will be notified of acceptance by October 15, 2016. You will receive delivery and pickup instructions at that time.
WHERE: The “River Swing” fundraiser will be held at Fairpath Farm 3210 Del Rio Pike, Franklin, TN, 37069. Paintings will be displayed in a large barn on the property where they will be secured and protected from the weather.
DROP OFF: Accepted paintings will be delivered to Fairpath Farm on Saturday, October 22, 2016 between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
PICK UP: Unsold paintings will be picked up on Sunday, October 23, 2016 between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
