New Radnor Lake Paint Out Schedule (March-June)
Just a friendly reminder to all our fellow Chestnuts, that while you are all readying for the Cumberland River Compact Show quickly approaching, the winter landscape at Radnor is fading fast and spring will soon be in full bloom. For those of us who would love to have a smashing painting of every season at Radnor, we’ve planned many paint outs all the way up to the 4th of July! Come out with us if you can, and remember that what you paint at Radnor can also be used in the CRC show in April. We’ll be headed back to the newly acquired Hideaway, and other beautiful and interesting locations, so ready your paint boxes, and keep your eyes on the Chestnut Calendar, and also on Facebook for opportunities to paint en force!
Come join the paint out any time during the scheduled time frames listed below, and unless otherwise noted, we’ll meet along the Dam Walkway on the west side of the lake.
In addition to these scheduled paint outs, remember you can paint independently anytime from 6 a.m. until dark. No special permission is required. Just be sure not to veer off the trails, roads, and observation decks. (Refer to the Radnor Fact Sheet under Resources for additional details.)
