Important Holiday Party Info and Call for Volunteers

It is VERY important that you RSVP whether you are coming or not. We need to know the exact numbers for the caterers. Thanks!
We are so excited to plan a Holiday Party with amazing door prizes and giveaways to honor our members and volunteers. Like last year, we can only invite the members, not the spouses, due to our limited funds for entertaining. We want to make this a great party with catered food and wine, but can only stretch our discretionary budget so far. Let’s have fun!
Party Volunteers
We need members to help set up, keep the party going and clean up. Please look over the following and email me (katedonnelly112@gmail.com) if you are willing to help and what you would like to do. I’ll get back to you prior to the party. Thanks in advance for your help in making this another great Chestnut gathering.
Here are the times and some of the duties:
4:15-5:30 P
6 volunteers
General party preparation: set up the bars, arrange tables with food, etc.
3 of the 5 must be able to do some heavy lifting. The living room sectional, dining room chairs and small tables will be moved to the garage.
5 – 6 P
5 volunteers
Greeters, runners (must be able to do several trips up and down stairs)
5:30 – 8 P
4 volunteers
Keep the house tidy, empty trash, pick up litter. You will take a 30 min. shift
8 – 9 P
6 volunteers
Put the house back together
3 people will need to move furniture back into the house.
