Dinner On The Bridge Submission Addition

DINNER ON THE BRIDGE UPDATE – Additional Submission Date

We have added an additional submission date for the Dinner on the Bridge show. You may submit images by the original date, midnight Thursday – September 1st, or by midnight Thursday, September 8th.

Painting image files that are submitted by Thursday September 1st will be selected and the artists notified of the selection by September 8th.   Paintings submitted by the September 8th deadline will be selected and the artist notified of the selection by September 15th.

The goal of the additional date is to give us more time to paint or choose paintings we’ve done to submit and provide a good variety of choice. This method will also free up paintings that some people may need to put in other shows or sell otherwise.

The image file name must include the following information in the name of the image file:

Name – Size – Price – Painting Location
Example:
Michael Poindexter-9×12-$400-Richland Creek Greenway

This information will be used to generate labels and sales forms. This process will replace our regular title block submission for this show.  Make sure your paintings are labeled with your contact information.

All other dates and information on the Fact Sheet will remain the same.
