Bio
Growing up on a farm, I learned early in life that I was closest to my God when my eyes viewed the vistas of this beautiful country.
I have been blessed to have artists who have encouraged me to follow my dream of painting. One organization in particular is the Chestnut group, in which I served as Vice President in 2019 and currently President. This organization has been an inspiration by sharing, assisting and encouraging. In addition, I have studied many hours with major artists from areas throughout the U.S. and Italy while spending long hours with my brushes in front of my canvas as I express my interpretation of what I see.
