Profile: Kymberlee Stanley

Kymberlee grew up in Orange County, California, but did not pursue painting career until age 46, when she moved to Nashville. It was there she started painting California coastal scenes to cure her homesickness for the color of the California coastline. She believes in the power of art to heal through her relationship with the Creator, the light of creation, and the flow in between. Between 2019 and 2022, Kymberlee moved to Catalina Island, CA where she painted island views, reflections of water, and scenes she loved as a child. She is a licensed psychotherapist who uses expressive arts therapy in her practice. She currently paints in plein air and in her home studio in Nashville where she lives with her husband, daughter, and dog Zoey.
