Bio
      									 Barrick is an award winning artist, teacher, writer, mentor.  Her artworks, described as “alive with light and filled with movement”, are held in private & corporate collections across The Americas, Europe and Asia.  In 2001, Barrick founded The Chestnut Group a 401(c)4 organization of artists supporting land conservation.   She served the land she loves on the BOD of Friends of Radnor Lake & was instrumental in establishing Wild About Colorado plein air festival benefiting the Continental Divide Land Trust.  Barrick also served on the BOD of Arts and Business Council of Greater Nashville & continues mentoring Chestnut & Periscope artists.  Native Coloradan & almost 40 year resident of Nashville, Barrick proudly claims dual citizenship.
