Ten Tips, Tools and Techniques to Improve Your Drawing Skills
Description: This class will focus on specific ways to improve your drawing, whether in preparation for a painting or for the pure enjoyment of drawing. The workshop will include a slide show, hand outs, short demos and lots of time to experiment with the tools and ideas presented.
Mike Sowers, a 5 year Chestnut member who paints or draws (almost) daily and can regularly be found painting at Warehouse 521, OnTrack Studios, Southgate Studio (the Factory) and Plaza Art Supply.
He has had the opportunity to do courtroom sketches for all the Nashville TV stations and NBC Universal over recent years.
