Fun with Gouache!
Description: Gouache is great for Plein Air, travel, preliminary sketching, quick color and value notes, or taking it all the way to a finished product. The paints are fast drying and an inexpensive alternative to painting with oils, whether in the studio or on location. A water media that lends itself to transparent or opaque finishes, it can enhance your knowledge of painting and how you approach other mediums.

Supply List:
Gouache set or assorted colors of choice. (Don’t forget extra tube of White)
Watercolor brush set or assorted watercolor brushes of choice.
Pencils
Watercolor Palette
Watercolor Paper tablets 6×8 and 9×12. I prefer 140lb. Cold Press but whatever is comfortable, works.
Artist Tape. (Not more than an inch wide)
Water Container.
Watercolor Spray Bottle.
Paper Towels.
Assorted photo reference on iPad, or printed reference.
