Never painted outside, or new to painting outside? No problem!
Join other newcomers to take the courageous leap into painting in the great outdoors! Welcome to Plein Air 101, where we will spend a fun day of learning all about plein air painting, including everything from a short history of the plein air movement, to the ins and outs of gear & how to set up to paint outside. We will learn how to mix colors from a limited palette, how to ‘see’ outside as artists, and you will create your
first plein air painting.
Bring a sack lunch and bottled water.
