Dear Chestnut Members,

We are aware that many (or most) of you have experienced issues with the website when you attempted to renew your membership, change your password, purchase tickets, submit a title block, or join the membership as a new member. We are truly sorry for the frustration this has caused.

The issue lies with our website effectively sending email notifications that actually land in your individual inboxes. Not to get too technical, but the good news is our website IS receiving your submissions to renew, to submit a title block, to join, to purchase tickets and to change your passwords — but the emails that would let you know that those submissions have been received are either landing in your spam folders or not being allowed to be sent to you at all.

We are working very hard to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible. We know we will have the issue fixed by the end of the month, if not sooner. In the meantime we need to ask you to please HOLD OFF SUBMITTING YOUR TITLE BLOCKS FOR THE COLORS OF SHELBY SHOW. We will communicate again in the newsletter coming out on Friday and again via another announcement to let you know when the issues are fully resolved. The title block deadline is MONDAY, APRIL 3rd. There will be plenty of time to get your submissions in and we will keep you updated on the status of the issue.
