Dear Chestnut members,
It is with mixed feelings that we announce and congratulate Suzannah Green on her new position as Associate Director, Partner Relations, Marketing and Communications at Vanderbilt University. We know this is an incredible opportunity for Suzannah, and Vanderbilt certainly made an outstanding choice! Suzannah has worked tirelessly over the past three years to first understand our unique group, and then to develop and optimize our marketing strategy, build relationships with members and the community, and focus on our goal of streamlining our organizational structure. She has worked closely with, and shared skills with, many of our members, and has offered to continue to contribute as a non-paid, interested citizen and board member that loves this group. Suzannah would like to thank all the members for their kindness during her tenure; she has so enjoyed working with everyone, and she has loved it all! And we want to thank Suzannah for the dedication and commitment she has brought to us—her role will be changing, but this is not goodbye!
Not only do we thank Suzannah for her work as our amazing multi-talented consultant for The Chestnut Group, we thank her for introducing us to the fabulous Lolly Brown. Suzannah has been working with Lolly to take over as our Operations Coordinator on January 1, 2024. Suzannah says, “I feel confident that Lolly will aptly carry the torch forward and everyone will love her!”
Suzannah is right-on about Lolly, and those of us that have met her completely agree! Lolly has an impressive resume with a vast array of skills and expertise—from being a multi-lingual, art history major, to Product Developer, Merchandiser, Communicator, and Digital Marketer—the common theme is a love of learning and she is super-excited to take on this new role! Welcome Lolly!
We are so fortunate to have these talented professionals on our team and look forward to celebrating with Suzannah and Lolly at our ‘Tis the Season party on December 14th. We hope you are able to join us for the festivities!
