The Cumberland Society of Painters present;
“Demos in the Round” February 21, 2016
The event will have 2 sessions featuring 3 Nationally recognized Cumberland Society members at each session.
The morning session will feature demonstrations by Dawn Whitelaw, Kevin Menck and Paula Frisbe.
The afternoon session will feature demonstrations by Anne Blair Brown, Michael Shane Neal, and Pam Padgett.
The painters will feature a variety of genres including interiors, urban, still life, portrait, and landscapes.
The artists will demonstrate their painting methods expressing a variety of genres. This format allows the attendee to watch each artist create in the alla prima style. Attendees will be able to ask questions of the artists at designated breaks as indicated by each artist.
Learn how to infuse new energy into your own art and gain a deeper knowledge of how to confidently design and execute a painting that looks fresh and spontaneous.
The event is being offered exclusively to Chestnut Group members for a limited time and then will be opened to non-members on January 29, 2016.

Morning session 9am-12pm, afternoon session 1pm-4pm. The event is limited to 35 attendees per session.
Chestnut Group member special pricing: $55 for each session or $100 for whole day.
Non-Member pricing is $85 for each session or $150 for the whole Day.
The artists will also have artwork and other materials available for purchase at “attendee” pricing. Door prizes will also be present at each session!
