BioI have painted all of my life and work as a professional portrait artist. I primarily use oil on linen but have done pottery, clay sculpture, watercolor, charcoal and pastels. I have a BA degree in art from Peabody/Vanderbilt and have studied with portrait artists and landscape artists, whose work I admire, all over the United States. I was commissioned to paint President Woodrow Wilson for the UVA Law Library and the retiring Dean of the Belmont Law School, Jeffrey Kinsler. I was awarded the honor of being one of the top ten portrait artists in Tennessee in 2016 by the Portrait Society of America.
