Good evening Chestnuts,
I wanted to give you a brief update on the Artist Payout checks.

The online show closed this past Saturday, April 30, 2022. The Board and the event partners are so pleased with the results of this first-time show for Shelby and for you, our Chestnut artists.
We are currently working with the Friends of Shelby accountants and should receive the funds in our account at some point this week. We ask for your patience with the time it takes to cut the individual checks for each artist and mail them. We hope to begin the process of writing checks next week. You can expect to receive your checks in the next several weeks. We will keep you posted.
We thank you again for your support and participation in The Chestnut Group, a volunteer organization of creatives working for the greater good. We are grateful for each of you working with us toward our shared mission. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
