Athena Paint Out on Monday
Chestnuts,
We have spots available for painting inside the Parthenon tomorrow afternoon, May 6, 2019, at 4pm.
There should be ample parking in the lot beside the building. We will meet and enter the space from underneath at main entrance which leads underneath on the lakeside (downtown). Staff has requested that we come in together as a group. Please be there by 4:00pm to respect this request.
Floor cloths are required.
RSVP with Renee if you would like to join us. And if you want to paint during open hours, please RSVP with Renee as well, reneebatesartist@gmail.com. RSVP is needed for either painting approach as painting is limited to 3 people during open hours if you cannot join us for the session at 4:00pm on Monday. The Parthenon will be closed so we have dedicated space just for Chestnuts.
The next paint out will be Saturday, May 11, from 11 am – 6 pm for Musician’s Corner (Renee, Judson) We are exploring setting up a booth to advertise the show, in conjunction with painting. There will be music and a crowd that day at the southwest corner of the park.
