The Chestnut Group

The Chestnut Group partnered with the Tennessee Parks & Greenways Foundation in January of 2011 to help in their efforts to “Save Cummins Falls”. This gorgeous Tennessee landscape and water fall area is in danger of being privately developed. Paintings were sold to raise funds to purchase the land for the Foundation so that it may be preserved in its natural state. The event was featured in the re-birthed Plein Air Magazine in their premier spring issue and appropriately captioned “Extreme Plein Air Painting”.
