Chestnut Members Juried Into 2011 AIS Event!
Several Chestnut artist members were recently honored with accepted entries for the American Impressionist Society 12th Annual Juried Exhibition to be held in Carmel CA this fall. The honorees are: Kathy Anderson, Anne Blair Brown, Sherrie Russ Levine and Dawn Whitelaw. The show will be hosted by Mountainsong Gallery in Carmel By the Sea, CA and will run October 15th-November 15th, 2011. The award ceremony and opening reception is slated for Friday, October 21st at Mountainsong Gallery.
This prestigious event is chaired in 2011 by Chestnut artist member Lori Putnam. The month long event will feature workshops by Kim English and Scott Christensen, both AIS Master Artists.
